The mango I used is very sweet, so adjust the sugar to your taste depending on sweetness of the mango that you use.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet (13g) Jelly Powder
1100ml Water
230g Sugar
200ml packet Coconut Cream*
1 Egg* (* blend)
1 cup Mango Flesh - pureed with 1 cup water
1 cup Chopped Mango
METHOD:
1. Boil jelly powder and water until dissolved.
Add in sugar & stir to dissolve.
Add in pureed mango and coconut cream mixture*.
Stir few more minutes until well mixed.
2. Sprinkle chopped mango in a mould.
Pour the jelly mixture and let is set at room temperature.
3. Serve chilled.
Satu lagi rekaan agar-agar atau puding yang Along nak kongsikan di sini. Ini bukan alang-alang puding mangga biasa tau.... ia nya amat harum lemak manis berperisa.... Along buatkan ni dengan secara kebetulan sahaja. Anak2 Along ajak kawan2 datang beraya ke rumah dan kebetulan ada buah mangga dlm petisejuk dan Along bayangkan puding yang lemak berkrim jadi Along masukkan santan kedalam masakan agar2 tu.... tak sangka ia nya amat sedap sekali. Kekawan bebudak tu semua nya puji tak henti2..... alhamdulillah.
Buah mangga yg Along guna ni manis, so adjust ler gula tu ikut selera anda ya.

BAHAN2:
1 bungkus (13g) Serbuk Agar-Agar
1100ml Air
230g Gula
200ml peket Santan*
1 bj Telur* (* blend)
1 cwn Isi Mangga - blend dgn 1 cwn air
1 cwn Isi Mangga - potong dadu
CARA2:
1. Masak serbuk agar-agar dgn air sehingga larut.
Masukkan gula & kacau sehingga gula larut.
Masukkan puri isi mangga dan campuran santan*, kacau sebati.
2. Tabur isi mangga yg di dadukan ke dlm acuan.
Tuangkan masakan agar-agar ke atas nya dan biarkan beku di suhu bilik.
Sejukkan di dlm petisejuk sebelum di hidangkan.
